These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 97pkr ("97pkr", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 97pkr.pro.

By accessing the 97pkr website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 97pkr platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.3 Registration Information. When creating a 97pkr account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. 97pkr operates under international gaming licensing standards that require identity verification of all players before real-money withdrawals are processed. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is provided and approved.

2.5 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 97pkr. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 97pkr reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within those accounts.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 97pkr login credentials, including your username and password. 3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. 3.3 Account Currency. All 97pkr accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to PKR-denominated transactions.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 97pkr account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

3.5 Account Suspension and Termination by 97pkr. 97pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected fraud or money laundering; breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; abuse of promotional offers; or behaviour that 97pkr deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 97pkr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice; the current list of available methods is displayed on the 97pkr deposit and withdrawal pages.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 97pkr is Rs 300 (Pakistani Rupees three hundred). There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 97pkr, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the player's 97pkr PKR wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take one (1) to two (2) business days to process, depending on the processing schedule of the player's bank.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts that are registered in the same name as the 97pkr account holder, and only after successful completion of KYC identity verification. 97pkr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. 97pkr processes withdrawal requests promptly upon receipt. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. 97pkr is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or payment provider.

4.6 Transaction Fees. 97pkr does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. 97pkr is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by 97pkr are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses awarded by 97pkr are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion detail page. Wagering progress is visible on the account dashboard after 97pkr login.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 97pkr reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per person, household, device, or IP address.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. 97pkr actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash with minimal risk; and participation in promotions using methods not consistent with the spirit of the offer. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

5.5 Expiry. Bonuses and free credits that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or reissued.

6.1 Placing Bets. All bets and wagers placed on 97pkr are final and binding once confirmed by the platform. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager. 97pkr will not cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in these Terms or the applicable game/sports rules.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all 97pkr games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market at the time of placing a wager.

6.3 Void Bets. 97pkr reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a technical or human error; the event on which the bet was placed is cancelled or abandoned; or the outcome of the event has been determined to be corrupted by match-fixing or other integrity violations.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a disconnection, server error, or other technical malfunction during a gaming session, 97pkr will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session state from server logs and apply a fair outcome. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, stakes may be returned to the player's account. 97pkr's decision in such matters is final.

6.5 Game Rules. Each game available on the 97pkr platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. The game-specific rules form part of these Terms.

7.1 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 97pkr and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Cheating, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to derive financial gain;
• Arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profit irrespective of game outcome;
• Providing false or misleading information to 97pkr support or compliance teams;

7.2 Consequences. Where 97pkr has reasonable grounds to believe a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, 97pkr may, without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the player's account; void all pending and settled bets placed during the period of suspected misconduct; withhold withdrawal of any balance pending full investigation; and report the matter to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes or may constitute a criminal offence.

7.3 RNG Certification. 9.2 Licence to Use. 97pkr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 97pkr platform strictly in accordance with these Terms and solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

9.3 Prohibited Use. You must not use any automated data extraction tools, web scrapers, robots, or similar technology to extract content or data from the 97pkr platform without express written authorisation from 97pkr.

10.1 Platform Availability. 97pkr aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 10.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, 97pkr's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 97pkr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all decisions you make regarding bets and wagers placed on the 97pkr platform. 97pkr is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gaming activity conducted through your account.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which 97pkr holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and 97pkr relating to these Terms or any transaction on the 97pkr platform, you should first contact 97pkr support and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for 97pkr to investigate and respond. 97pkr is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.

13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms to the extent required, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the 97pkr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 97pkr with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
